After serving our country as a US Naval veteran, I moved to Las Vegas in 1985 to become one of the first students of UNLV's School of Architecture. I immediately fell in love with this city and have been here for over 37 years.  I immediately fell in love with this city and have been here for nearly 40 years...I am an active volunteer for several causes,, I am an animal LOVER and a car FANATIC...GO REDSOX !!!
 
I am very familiar with this town and know just about every single street and neighborhood. This is a real estate attribute that most real estate agents can only wish for and a very important attribute to have. While still attending UNLV I started working in the field of landscape architectural design, sales, and installation and continued until 2004. I then ventured over to the world of Home investing and flipping. This immediately rolled into me getting my real estate license.
 
I am proud to say that I have been in full-time real estate ever since. I specialize in first-time buyers, military, luxury, Investment / multi-unit properties, and land, and work with some of the best Mortgage lenders in the state.
