From start to finish, Dale and Robin provided *SPECTACULAR* service. Dale was "assigned" to me by his Berkshire Hathaway corporate office after I asked my lender for a Real Estate agent referral. I already had a few Real Estate agents that didn't provide very much service and was skeptical, but from the first phone call Dale was sincere and thoughtful. He quickly and diligently followed up with emails and texts regarding the list of homes I gave him. Besides the basic property data, he provided detailed and insightful information. In the end I have a great! home and I'm excited to have a fun Vegas place to call home. Berkshire Hathaway imposes some fees to buyers, legal apparently in Nevada but something I'm not accustomed to. I'd advise all buyers to closely look at what their cost will ultimately be. Nevada has low property tax, no personal income tax and the housing market seems to be doing well, I like the 24/7 feeling of Las Vegas and this ultimately influenced my decision to retire her vs other sunbelt destinations.
